Update all symbol instance names on page?

Is there a feature for very quickly updating all instances of a symbol’s name on a whole page to match the name of that symbol?

If I make an instance, duplicate it and then swap that symbol to something else, I would expect the name of the layer to change (if it hasn’t been given a custom name), but it doesn’t. If that’s the case, is there a way to very quickly select all layers in all 'artboards’ (top level frames), no matter how deeply they’re nested in groups, or if they’re locked, and mass rename them to their relevant symbols?
