My team member is unable to login into Mac App. He is able to login into web version but SSO into App doesn’t work at all. He is an editor of the workspace, however still unable to login. Can someone please guide? We tried re-installing of the app too but it didn’t work!

Thank you for the quick response @Diegogdag! Yes we did send an email this morning! Unfortunately have been struggling with this issue for past 2 days with no luck. Any help with be highly appreciated!
