We’re experiencing some inconsistent behavior with Sketch Cloud collaboration and wanted to check if others have seen something similar.
In a shared document, changes made by one collaborator don’t always sync or appear immediately for others. In some cases, updates only show after reopening the file or restarting Sketch. We’ve also noticed occasional conflicts where comments or edits seem to disappear briefly before reappearing.
We’ve confirmed that:
All collaborators are using the latest version of Sketch
The document is properly shared via Sketch Cloud
Internet connectivity is stable
Has anyone run into similar syncing or collaboration issues recently? Are there any known limitations, best practices, or recommended troubleshooting steps to improve reliability?
We’re not receiving other related reports, so I’d like you to make some questions if you don’t mind:
Does this happen to this user consistently, accross different Sketch sessions (quit and re-open) and system reboots?
Also, is this collaborator working from a MacBook on the go, which could make him be working offline (without a network connection) sometimes?
Additionally, we’d like this user to collect some logs so we can study what could be going on. These logs are gathered with a Terminal command, you can find the instructions in our documentation here.
