Eyedropper is freezing app every time. Any workarounds to use the tool? At the moment I use the eyedropper to memorize the color, close the eyedropper and manually enter the color.

We suffered from this issue in the past, but I have to say that it happened with some previous versions, which we fixed, and we’ve not seen reports of this issue in the version you’re indicating or other recent ones.
We’re also tried to reproduce on our end with no avail, so I’d like to know more.
Could you check the following questions?
Is this happening with any document you use? If there are certain particular documents where this is happening, while not in others, could you share some samples so we can take a look? If you prefer, you can send them via email to productsupport@sketch.com.
Could you try launching Sketch in Safe mode to see if this still happens? That will open Sketch with the plugins temporarily disabled. Just open the app while holding the Shift Key and try again.
If you can’t reproduce it that way, we’re probably discussing a plugin malfunction, in which case I’d like to know more about the plugins you use so we can discover the culprit
If you find this issue in any document and Safe mode makes no difference, I’d like you to retrieve a sample file so we can take a look.
