Hi all, is there a way to detach all symbols in one go on a page? I’m re-styling a design, I want to update the symbols but keep the old design as it was.

Yes, there’s a quick way to do this, but it only works for symbols, if you have any other type of components, like, say, layer styles, you’ll need to use a plugin.
To detach all symbols open your doc, and select on the menu bar:
Layer → Imported Symbols...
You’ll see a pop up window. Select all the symbols on the list and then click on the button on the bottom left and select Unlink from library
