Ability to toggle 'highlight layers on hover'

I’m currently on Version 2025.1 Beta (203044).

Visually highlighting layer while hovering is very distracting while working. The orange border just seems too strong.

I couldn’t find a way to turn this off in beta. I wish there’s a way easily toggle this on/off

Indeed, we removed the selection highlight view options in the beta.
