I’m not sure I’m getting the full picture of how the problem is presenting. Artboards with background color in version 101.9 and earlier are migrated to Athens with a color fill, but that shouldn’t affect the document or your workflow.
Can you share a bit more detail about how you’re carrying out this color re-set you mention and how that fixes the problem?
If possible, having a look at your file will help a lot discover the root cause of the problem. Many thanks in advance!

I’m sorry, but I’m not allowed to share our work files. But as I said, I find a way to manage with the blank Frames.
There is new issues with the Zeplin plugin - it’s not running at all (everything is up to date). I’m trying to run export to Zeplin and one more plugin (Rename It), no matter how many times I had restart Sketch and restart my machine. I had turn off/turn on the plugins, I made a completely new file, nothing helps.
The Zeplin is up to date.
Yep, I can confirm that. Both Sketch and Zeplin were updated yesterday, but now Sketch isn’t able to connect with Zeplin at all, unfortunately.
We’re working on an update to solve these recent issues with Zeplin not connecting. Please stay tuned, and sorry for the inconvenience 
EDIT: forgot to say, sorry: since this issue is happening only with the latest version we released this week (2025.1.1), the workaround for now is to download the previous Sketch 2025.1 from here.

We just released Sketch 2025.1.2, which solves this. You can update Sketch or download the new version from our Mac app releases site.
