It would be super useful to be able to search for library symbols across all of my sketch documents. For example, if I want to see where I’ve used a certain symbol that is from one of my main libraries before, I’d like to be able to filter/customise my search so that it shows documents that have that symbol in them.
A basic example:
I’m creating a new item and would like to use a specific icon [smile]. I want to make sure this icon isn’t used in any of my previous designs in a similar case… but have so many different documents to search through to find this icon. However, with the new search feature, I can filter my search to “symbols” and search for [smile], which then gives me 5 documents that already have the icon [smile] in them… I can then go into each document and use the search within pages to find [smile] in each document (which I believe you can already do - which is great).
