Can you make it so you can use the ‘Search layers’ field box to find locked layers easily?? I tend to add the word ‘LOCK’ to the end of my layer’s name so I can find later on easily to unlock if needed.
Interesting suggestion, thank you! As a workaround, you can use the Select menu on the canvas to select a locked layer. There’s two ways to bring it up:
- Right-click on the locked layer, open the Select menu, and select the layer.
- Hold Shift and right-click on the locked layer to show the Select menu directly.
With the locked layer now selected, you can now unlock it. I know it’s not the same as filtering in the layer list, but I hope this helps!
Really cool idea! Something like a filter for locked layers. Photoshop has had this for quite some time. The ability to filter any layer type.
