MacOS comes with a lot of system fonts I don’t need or want (seriously, when will I ever need Zapfino 
), but Font Book doesn’t let you disable them. According to this Apple Discussions post, 3rd party apps have a way to hide foreign-language fonts. I’d also love to see a way to disable other English fonts that I don’t plan to use, so either supporting Font Collections that are defined in Font Book or having built-in, cross-project font management would be great.
The funny thing is that Bohemian used to have a product named Fontcase I think. Long time ago, I think it even got an Apple Design Award.
