I use a separate components library across multiple files and there is one component (it is a vector icon) that always claims to be in need of updating when I make updates to anything else in the library. I know it hasn’t changed. I’ve even gone so far as to rebuild the icon in case there was something buggy with it. That didn’t change anything. Why is it acting so needy? It doesn’t inhibit my use of the software, but it does make me wonder what is going on.

I wouldn’t be able to share the file due to privacy needs of my client. However, I guess the component wanted to make a fool of me because now it seems to be resolved.
