I don’t know if this was intentional or not but I received notifications for new comments on a document and when I went to read them I couldn’t find them in the Mac App. Thinking maybe they were marked as resolved I turned those on but all I could see is green dots. Well they were there but it’s impossible to distinguish Unread & Resolved comments from Read & Resolved comments. If this is intentional then you can move this to “suggest and idea” because I’d really like to be able to read my unread comments before they get hidden in the Resolved section.
I also clicked on the link in the Notification email, but the page that opened was set to only show “open” comments, so I couldn’t see it there either until I changed which comments were visible. Seems like the web page should detect if the comment is resolved and ensure it’s visible so it can actually be read.
