Title says it all. That seems to be an oversight since basically every other attribute can be overridden?

Thanks for sending that through. It’s interesting that Fill and Border Colors applied to text are not available as overrides. I’ll take this back to the team and ask if there’s a reason why.
In the meantime though, if you do need this functionality, I can supply you with something of a workaround where you can combine your text layer with a regular shape layer, and apply the colors you need on that combined pair of layers. Then you will be able to apply any color overrides as you’d expect, and the text remains fully editable in the Instances.
