In the last day or two, I’ve experienced an issue where symbols when displayed in any list in Sketch the symbols appear duplicated 4 times. When I visit the original symbol there is only one instant of the symbol. Is there a known bug that may be causing this? Or is there something that I can check in my Sketch file that may be causing this?

We would, of course, update this thread and post with any updates we find from our investigation as to why the issue might be happening!
