The previous version had a blur precision of 0.1, but the new version has a blur precision of 1, which has significantly reduced the detail in my work. Please change the blur precision back to 0.1.

Thanks for reporting this issue to us.
I’ve taken a look and it just seems to be an issue with what is displayed in the Blur Panel, and the blur effect does actually get shown on the canvas correctly.
In previous versions, the Blur Effect only kicked in at 0.5px and worked to two decimal places.
In the current version, if you type in 0.55, the panel will incorrectly show 1, but your layer will be correctly blurred by a value of 0.55.
Unfortunately this Panel display issue slipped past us, but I’ll file a report now to get it resolved.
