I would like to know why I can’t directly click the “Add” button to add new team members to the workspace. I can only add other people to the guest list for viewing purposes. (I have purchased a single-user designer plan.)

To better understand why you’re unable to add a user to your workspace, we’ll need to review your workspace settings.
Could you please send us more details via email at productsupport@sketch.com? To investigate workspace issues, we ask that Admin users enable Support Access, which is a security feature that allows us to review your workspace logs. You can learn more about enabling it in this article.
Once Support Access is enabled, we can look into this further.
