Can I be able to edit image /text on sketch ?

Any text added using Sketch can be edited in the future with no problems!
In terms of image editing, Sketch is primarily a vector editor and so bitmap editing is limited however you can crop images, mask them to shapes and tweak basic settings such as hue, saturation and so on.

I dont know where the image text was made up so can I edit it or only the one made up by sketch ? Let say there is a text of can I go there on the images so can I edit there using sketch ?

If the image you’re working with already has text it cannot be edited in Sketch. This text is now part of the image and is text just visually, since there are no vectors anymore and it’s pixels that create the image of the text.
I think the best option here is using a bitmap editor app to get rid of the text and then you can import that edited bitmap image into Sketch, add text and keep it editable in your Sketch document.
