After we purchased 2 additional design editor seats on August 19th, the total number of seats reached 3. However, one seat has now disappeared automatically, leaving only 2 seats available.
Prior to this, we had purchased a 1-year subscription for 2 design editor seats, and one of those seats also vanished without reason. Subsequently, we repurchased the seats on August 19th.
This issue has caused significant difficulties for our design work, and we hope our design editor seats can be restored as soon as possible.
