Perhaps this is something that is already included but I haven’t found it in the settings but it would be great to be able to change the sizing units from px to rem or em since this would facilitate the translation of my design to code.

Thanks for sharing this idea. Switching units is currently not available in Sketch, but I can see the benefit of having it and, like you mention, using it to make the handof process easier. We’ve added this one as a Feature Request
