Using Sketch (Version 2025.3.4) on Mac with Apple subscription. Here is the screenshot of the settings:
I feel like I’m using an old version of Sketch 
but no update notification too 
Hi @muratgozel. The MCP server isn’t available in the Mac App Store version, along with other features such as Plugins, to comply with Apple’s guidelines.

You can download the Mac app directly from our website and log in with the same credentials, and you’ll have access to it: https://www.sketch.com/downloads/mac/
