Hey folks 
This one is now available in the latest beta. When you have nothing selected, the Inspector now shows an option to add a custom Canvas color on a per-page basis. Any custom Canvas colors will show for anyone viewing that page. If you don’t add a custom Canvas color, we’ll respect your Canvas options in Sketch’s settings.
