Where does one renew their subscription?

I have an account but I don’t have an active subscription.

There is nowhere that I can see to renew or buy a subscription. This is honestly baffling to me. Why would Sketch not make this as easy and as discoverable as possible? Sketch seems to be having an opposite problem to Figma. Figma makes it incredibly hard to cancel a subscription, and Sketch is making it hard to start a subscription.

By the way, I’ve tried going to the website > Pricing > Select Subscription tier > Asks me to login, and I do > then just takes me to some blank account page where there’s nothing and no way to sign up.

Any help is greatly appreciated. I gotta say, this is a really strange look for Sketch.

Hey Marlon

First of all, thank you for sharing these thoughts and for posting in the forum. We’d love to hear more about other folks having doubts or questions about our subscription and renewal process.

  • Billing section. This link should take you directly to the Workspace Billing section where you should be able to re-activate your subscription.
    • This will work if your Workspace is currently on Trial or read-only mode.
    • If not, you’ll have to create a new Trial and then Subscribe from there.
  • In our next version we’re making sure the signup process to Sketch is much simpler and easier to complete!

Let us know if this helps!

Edit: Seems like our awesome accounts team was waaay faster than me, and they’re in touch already! Let us know if you have any more questions!

I figured out that billing is tied to workspaces. This is not clear at all if you have no workspaces. I just happened to try creating a workspace and there was billing. Thanks for replying.
