Urgent - Files unable to open

Hi I’ve had a few times in the last couple of weeks where my files are “unable to open” - but the error gives no context to why - just an unknown error.

I’m worried as I don’t want this to happen to more and more files.

It seems if I duplicate the file to my drafts I can then open it, I can also open it within the browser too.

We’d like to revise if these documents sufferend any issue in the process of uploading and processing. Could you send the URL of the files affected to productsupport@sketch.com?

Also, please activate Support Access in your workspace, so we have permissions to look at them. Otherwise it’s not accessible by default.
