Since the last update, the thumbnails of some files have started disappearing from the Mac and Web apps, even thought they are correctly set on the file itself.
By any chance are these Thumbnails using Symbol Instances as part of the thumbnail artwork?
If so, we’re currently tracking an issue that could cause this to happen. Our team already has a fix in place and we’re currently testing it
