I am inserting an image and dragging it, it will not move within this frame, but will move to another location. I want him to move within this frame, how should this be resolved?

This is actually expected behavior. Frames in Sketch function as containers, so when you drag a layer, Sketch uses your cursor’s position to determine if you are trying to drop that layer inside a new Frame. If your cursor crosses into another Frame, Sketch will automatically ‘reparent’ the layer into it.
To prevent this, you can hold the Space bar while dragging. This forces the layer to stay inside its original Frame/parent, regardless of where you move your cursor.
Alternatively, moving the layer with the Arrow Keys will also keep it in its current group or frame.
