Popovers with no scrollers - v25.1

In the beta releases, it was mentioned that the new popovers do not have scrollers. How are we supposed to navigate using the Wacom Pen if the scroller is not visible?

In OSX settings, “Show scroll bars” is set to “Always”. Could you please consider adapting basic accessibility standards in your Popover and Inspector?

Hi Paulius,

They do have scrollbars, check it out:

And ofc, let me know if you’re still running into issues. My scroll settings are the same as yours.

The scroller briefly appears and then disappears. There isn’t enough time to grab it.

Here’s another example: There is no scroller on the new Search bar!!!
I don’t know what you’re thinking, but maybe you could be more empathetic to people who use pens as an input and navigation device.

Any updates on this?

Hello Paulius,

There are no updates to this topic. The Command Bar window displays scrollbars in the same way as the popover.

We’re aware there are some scenarios involving drawing tablets. However, we don’t yet have a defined date to look into them.

This is a major accessibility issue in your application. Instead of adding new features, you should fix essential issues.

Using Wacom Tablet Pen.
The scrollbar disappears inside the Command bar a second later after it’s opened.

Hey @Paulius perhaps I’m missing something, but is this not about
the same topic you’ve mentioned here a couple of times? Popovers with no scrollers - v25.1

Yes, the issue remains the same in version 25.3 as it was in version 25.1.
I hope you can fix it, since all the new features you shipped use the same scroll bar component that does not work with the Wacom Pen Tablet. I have to use an additional input device if I want to continue using the new Sketch version.

My colleague provided a clear response just 12 days ago. I’ll move this conversation to the topic you previously opened. If any changes are made, you’ll be the first to know.
