In Sketch v. 101 on my mac, I can no longer scale. The sidebar appears for a brief couple seconds then switches back before I can scale. I have a keystroke set up, but it doesn’t matter if I do it that way or if I go Layer > Transform > Scale…
I notice if I shrink it first, it will then allow me to scale it. It seems to be only when I drop something in for the first time. In this case, an SVG from Font Awesome.
Hi Justin,
I was about to ask some questions, but this is a big help! I’ll try with SVGs
I was testing with library icons (symbols) and scaling worked well.
Can you share if you are on Sonoma or Sequoia please? Thanks!
Thanks for the reply. I am on macOS Sequoia.
Hi Justin,
I tested with Fontawesome SVG icons and I can reproduce the bug. What’s interesting is that the bug is triggered with some icons while others work as expected.
This is related to an open issue report we have. I’ve added this new case to it and I’ll share any updates as they become available.
It’s not related to macOS, I could reproduce the problem in Sonoma as well.
Thanks for reporting it!
