If you add the multiple selection colours thing I’ll name my first born son Paulo.
Hi y’all! Concentric Corners are genius, but I do have one suggestion. It’d be a really nice QOL feature to have some sort of snap/resistance, when you reach a max point of the inner element border radius. Please see the video.
Also, is there way to clip the progressive blur within the frame. Clip content doesn’t seem to do the clipping.
The question about the glass effect, will there be any tools to transfer this effect to web development, or will the focus be on applications?

Known limitation, this likely won’t be supported in the final release, but we’ll see.
Got it, thanks. Can you tell me if the “Pace and Replace” feature will be improved? Right now, you can only replace one object at a time, but often you need to replace a bunch of elements.
Not for this version, but would like to make it happen sooner rather than later.
The latest beta really has much better performance with our design system file
thank you so much!!
Small bug, which I’m not sure whether it ever worked before, but adding a comment outside an artboard doesn’t seem to be possible and it just disappears right after getting sent.
Also would love to have a “Add comment” contextual menu item so I can click anywhere and add a comment with a right click. I know “N” accomplishes this too but I had to look up the shortcut online (I feel like you used to show hotkeys in tooltips before?)
Thanks @samvermette! I’ve asked the team to look into the commenting issue. Regarding the contextual menu item, I’ll pass this is on as well, although you might have noticed that contextual menu is looking…busy ![]()
Hey folks
We pushed an update to the beta yesterday with a couple of changes to the glass effect:
Hi @samvermette! About these comments disappearing… We’ve done some quick tests, and it’s something we can’t reproduce from scratch or in existing documents, so if you could send us the document URL to productsupport@sketch.com and activate support access, we’ll take a look.
It’s a long shot, but this could be related to using different beta and production versions in the document, but it could be something else. In any case, having access to the document stored in your workspace would let us know more ![]()
Hmm well now I can’t seem to reproduce it anymore. And it wasn’t a one-off thing, I tried 5 different times earlier and it never worked outside frames. If it happens again I’ll shoot an email!
Re: the contextual menu indeed I can see how you’re trying to avoid adding new options to it
that menu is probably due for a cleanup/restructuring indeed
Hey everyone! ![]()
We pushed another update to the beta today with glass effect refinements and some other improvements — checkout skt.ch/Beta for the update and the changelog!
Would it be possible to create new type of prototype animation for the morphing effect of liquid glass as shown here:
There seems to be something broken with how stacks handle sizing from overrides in this new beta.
Attaching the file as well. This was working fine in the previous beta.

Hi @samvermette
Thanks for reporting this! We’ll look into it. I was able to reproduce the problem in the latest beta.
There’s also a small tweak you need to get the symbol working:
With that change, it works as expected in beta version 204586 or in the final version 2025.1.3
I’m running the latest beta available for download (204874, not 204586) and neither of those changes make it resize properly…
Is there a release date for the official version of 2025.2? The plugin we use internally has fully supported all APIs, but this will cause it to report errors on 2025.1.3. If 2025.2 is about to be released, we don’t need to worry about this problem.
Honestly — there a few things still in flight that make it hard to give a definitive answer. This differs a bit from my op, but we’ll likely look to release Barcelona (2025.2) soon and have a separate release for our macOS Tahoe redesign later. Again, apologies I can’t be more precise than that!
