Oh, all the time on Zeplin.
Sometimes the placement of a pin is not enough. You can screenshot a misalignment, incorrect layer style, or spacing mistake and use an arrow or red outline to indicate the location of it or the direction an edit should go etc. It is an extra layer of confidence when providing feedback as sometimes explaining isn’t enough.
In addition, I use it for showing other examples of how something may appear on another website or referencing something else in our DS.
