Adjust image inside Symbol

i have no idea why this option is not available or am i missing something? . we should have the option to adjust the image inside a symbol. Pls see the video. a new “crop” function should be nice along with fill, fit, stretch, tile. And these options should be available as overrides whenever there is an image inside a symbol.
