First off, just want to say that I appreciate all the work the Sketch team is doing. I’ve switched over from Figma to Sketch for my independent contracts and I really love the app.
However, I would love the ability to create shadow variables. I am aware that I can create a Layer style with a shadow, but that adds some more steps into my process. Being able to easily create and edit shadow variables alongside colour ones would make my life a lot easier.

The way I do it now is grouping anything that needs a shadow and apply “fill-less” styles. I lost the ability to have multiple shadows (doesn’t work on groups) and it makes the layer list messy but it prevents me from endlessly tweaking each shadow (once you look, it’s never quite right)
