There’s an intermittent bug which sometimes causes the fonts not to load properly. We’re still trying to figure it out. Usually waiting a few minutes then refreshing solves it.

Could it be that you missed the proper code to use the font?
Even with a new Mac it displays ok in Safari, but not in Chrome.
Hmm, I’m using a Chromium browser here and not seeing the issue. Possibly because I have that font installed locally. We’ll keep digging into it. There’s no full-time forum developer in the team (Keir, for example, is primarily looking after our design systems), so it’s a case of us getting round to these things when we have time.

This isn’t an issue I’ve run into myself, although admittedly my primary browser is a Gecko (Firefox) browser but when I have checked in Safari I’ve not run into this.
That said, it does certainly seem to be an issue at least a few people are experiencing so I will look into this and see what I can do, so thanks for reporting!
