In Athens/Beta, if I resize a Frame using cmd+click, all content isn’t affected by the resize, except a rotated shape. The shape need to have a dimension set to ‘Relative’
Add a rectangle inside a Frame. Set the rectangle Height to Relative. Rotate the rectangle 45deg. Change the Height of the Frame using cmd+click. Watch your rectangle disappear forever.
Groups and Textfield don’t seem to be affected.

Thanks for the detailed report; I was able to reproduce the issue you described successfully. The rotated shape does indeed scale unexpectedly until it disappears (when resizing the Frame using cmd or even without).
I’ve opened an internal case so our team can investigate this further. We’ll study what’s going on, and I’ll make sure to come back to you as soon as we have more information or a fix in progress.
