No idea about a currently working plugin, but MacOS has a bunch of contrast checkers. If you use one of them, you can check contrast anywhere, not just in Sketch.
Hi Sketch team! I believe this feature would be fantastic as a built-in option instead of a plugin. It would really enhance the experience! What are your thoughts?
To add to that, I highly support that functionality within Sketch and probably need it. After trying the apps for Mac that I downloaded, they either have a paywall for contrast check or don’t work satisfactorily. Any way Sketch can get the earlier plugins to work? I really love the Sketch plugin eco-system and it has been a pleasure to use in the past.
The Stark plugin works with Sketch 101.8. From your screenshot it seems that something else is going on. Just to confirm, which version of Sketch and macOS are you running?
Hello @dfmedrano, thanks for your response.
I’m using Sketch Version 101.8 (182106)
and macOS 15.3.1. The latest version of sequoia.
Maybe it’s something with the latest version of macOS that’s breaking that functionality in Sketch?
Thanks
The re-installing seems to have fixed the issue completely and now I can get both plugins. The Stark plugin for some reason is making Sketch incredibly slow, so not sure what’s going on there. But Cluse has started to work like a charm.
But definitely having this functionality built-in within sketch would be awesome! You are masters of the implementation and I’m sure it’ll be awesome to use, if you decide to implement this within Sketch.
