In Copenhagen, when adding bullet point text - text with list style of bullet - when the text wraps it now wraps underneath the bullet itself rather than aligning with the line of text above it. The bullet point seems to be now considered part of the text rather than outside the text as it was in older versions.
Actually this seems to be an issue related to editing a bullet list that was created in a previous version of Sketch.
Hello Matt! Thanks for reporting this issue.
I’ve been doing tests consisting of creating the text from scratch in Copenhagen, and I’ve always been able to see the expected indentation. Then I’ve done the same in Barcelona, and then opening the file with Copenhagen, and same, the indentation is the expected.
If possible, there are 2 questions here I would like to know. Let’s list them (pun intended
):
- I’m suspecting that this could be related to the origin of the bulleted text itself. Is there a possibility that this text was pasted from an external text somewhere else?
- If this text was created in an old version of Sketch, how old this version could be?
These could hint at possible causes of this issue. Please let me know, and let’s get to the bottom of this!
